WhatsApp Compliance:
Users must send messages only to opted-in users. PNSWEB is not responsible for policy violations.
Payments:
Fees are agreed in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless stated.
Limitation of Liability:
PNSWEB is not liable for third-party service issues or misuse.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by Indian law.
User Data Deletion:
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data processed through PNSWEB services, including data related to WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, and software solutions.
To request data deletion, users must send an email to niravsheth.dm@gmail.com or info@pnsweb.in with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request” and include sufficient information to verify their identity.
Upon successful verification, PNSWEB will delete the requested data within 7–14 business days, unless retention is required to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
